Krista Douthat, (wedding planner/assistant) originally from Nescopeck, Pennsylvania. Attended Bloomsburg  University for 4 years to major in Elementary and Special Education.  She moved to Denver, North Carolina in September of 07.  

Her passion is and always has been weddings.  All through middle
school and high school she remembers rushing home to see 'A Wedding Story' on TLC.  Krista loves working with people to see their dreams come alive and planning amazing events such as weddings!  She also works with a business team which has taught her many skills and values in success, 
leadership, goal-setting, persistance and following your dreams.  Krista has worked very diligently with Jennifer and her team since the fall of 2007, and is a very valuable assest to "Intimate Events".

 
Jennie Brown, 
 (wedding planner ,and professional make-up artist). Jennie has worked closely with Jennifer and "Intimate Events" for years. Not only are the pair twin sisters, but they both share a passion for planning exquisite weddings and events. Until 2005, Jennie served as full time assistant to Jennifer Evans, it was at that point she founded "Face by J" make up artistry. Jennie has a very unique sense of style, and is always abreast of the latest decor, trends, and fashions in the wedding industry. Jennie has planned a countless number of events with Intimate Events and single handedly, proving that she is more than the average wedding planner, she is truly a "Jack of all Trades".

 Dawnita Gilmore (wedding planner & assistant) a born and raised Army brat, attended Johnson C. Smith University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. She loved the mix of country and city life so much that she decided to stay in Charlotte, NC following graduation.  As a child, she was always the "naturally creative" type, involved in everything from dancing and to excelling in school work and more.  As these talents grew in college, she became a member of many organizations in which she was taught various business and event planning skills.  After many experiences with planning small events and even assisting friends with their weddings, Dawnita realized that the sciences was not her only calling and she may have found her possible niche in life.  Dawnita loves helping people to create their dreams into realities and is ecstatically happy and grateful to be working with"Intimate Events"
