• Contact specialty vendors if needed (ice sculptor, lighting technician etc...) specialty vendors hired at clients expense.

The "DIAMOND" Package:
(for the very busy client who wants a "Diamond" wedding, but doesn't have time to plan it)

This Package is designed for the bride and groom who are always on the go, and don't have time to tend to the details that come with planning their dream wedding. This client will provide us with specifics about their wedding day, and put 99% of their wedding into our hands. They will provide the planner with funding for their dream wedding, and show up to scheduled meetings...."Intimate Events" will take care of the rest. 1.Number of guests
2.Number of months in advance that wedding planner is hired
3.Location of ceremony & reception venue
4.Level of involvement for wedding planner
5.If Jennifer is lead wedding planner throughout process, or if ceremony venue has an on-site coordinator
(an on-site coordinator  does not manage the details and vendors that go into planning your special day)
